Procedures involved in the Kitchen design Processes

Make a design request

The first step in getting your dream kitchen is contacting us either through our site, calling, sending an email or coming to our store. After contacting us, a design team member will be in touch to get your requirements, needs, wants, and things you don't want in your kitchen. We will also note other things like your budget, the duration for the completion of the work, tools used in your kitchen, colours etc.

Consultation and design

The second and most crucial stage is design and consultation. Based on your requirements, goal, specifications, budget, etc., our design team will come up with a series of designs (usually three) for you to choose the one closest to your taste and make adjustments based on your recommendations. This stage has some back and forth between you, our customer and the design team.

Installation of design

This is also an important stage in the design process. Once a satisfactory design is agreed on, installation and construction of the kitchen take off. Our top-class technicians will see that the physical work is as close to the design as possible without spending more time than necessary on the installation and making no mistakes.

Maintenance/Customer service

Maintenance/customer service is the last stage of the design process. After the installation, for the next couple of weeks, a staff member will come to check on the installation to make sure it still works as intended. A line will always be available to you if you have any problems with the installation.
